“The Sentient Enterprise”
Former Teradata CEO Oliver Ratzesberger wanted to urge organizations to adopt a new relationship with data analysis and management, structuring their IT architecture so that data would automatically alert them to market patterns and opportunities. This is the autonomous decisioning platform that lies at the heart of a concept Oliver coined called “The Sentient Enterprise.”
Through a series of in-depth conversations and storyboard sessions with Oliver, I dove deeply into the technical details of his vision as well as the future day-to-day benefits that it would lead to for his audience.
The presentation became foundational for his book The Sentient Enterprise, which was published in fall 2017 and was a Wall Street Journal bestseller. I also received an Honorable Mention in the 2016 Cicero Speechwriting Awards for the keynote.
Internal Strategy Whitepaper
I interviewed Teradata’s C-level leaders to understand their perspectives on the company’s new brand and product strategy. I then wrote a whitepaper distributed to all Teradata employees describing how every department of the company can adopt and apply this new strategic direction across functional roles.
